Keith Thykeson and the folks at Pioneer Synthetic Turf recently wrapped up this installation synthetic turf paver driveway for Sherwood Construction Development in Thousand Oaks, California.

The driveway project, which was 2600 linear feet, required pouring concrete between each of the paver stone joints, one half inch below top grade.  The crew then glued the turf to the concrete and infilled with sand.  Of course all that work came after hundreds of cuts.

Because of severe water restrictions in California, this is a great way to add some green to the landscape, while helping to conserve water.  And since it’s synthetic turf, it will never need maintenance.
